Yes you can. You will NOT lose any data. After purchasing, download the PRO version and install it via the Extension manager.

What happens after my subscription expires?
You can continue to use k2store PRO with all features as long as you require. Once your subscription runs out, the software would still work with all PRO features as is but you will lose out on the support and future updates. If you wish, you can renew your plan at any time and continue to receive updates.
What are the business hours ?
Our business hours are IST 10 am to 5 pm from Monday to Friday. Support will be given during the business hours.
Can I install PRO version over the FREE?
Yes. You can. Your data and settings will not be affected. Just install the PRO version via the Extensions Manager.
Can I switch Plans?
Yes. k2store makes it easy to change plans at any time.
Can I cancel the subscription?
Yes. If you paid with PayPal, just login to your PayPal account to cancel the automatical renewals / subscription. If you used any other payment methods, you can cancel by going to My Account -> Subscriptions.
Shall i install k2store in as many sites as i like?
Yes. You can install k2store on as many sites as you want. You can use the software forever, even after your subscription expires. Expiration of subscription only limits your access to priority support and updates.
What my PRO Plan covers ?
You will get access to awesome PRO features for your online store. Access to priority ticket system and top-notch support from developers during the plan period. Though we say one-day reply, we respond much quicker (less than 12 hours). Updates to PRO during the plan period.
What is covered under Free installation and configuration service ?
Our developers will install k2store and configure it in your website. They can set up tax and shipping as well.
They will also create a test product for your reference. However, they will NOT create all your products or carry out any such data entry work. The configuration will be done ONLY for existing features.
Do you offer customisations as part of the PRO plan ?
No, customisations and new feature requests are not included in the plan. Support will be provided for existing features of k2store
